What this quiz does

Better Mornings is an independent publication. The Pillow Fit Test suggests shopping features based on your preferences. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a hands-on product test. We do not claim expert endorsements or guaranteed comfort.

What we save

When you arrive and when you start, we save the referring campaign and creative labels, quiz activity and timestamps. When you finish, we save your five answers and result profile. If you request an email, we save your email address and which recommendation options you click. A first-party cookie connects these steps; it expires after seven days. We do not send quiz answers or your email to Meta, install an advertising pixel or sell your personal data.

Your result email

Submitting the form requests one result email with a link to your profile and three options. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Our hosting and email delivery providers process the information needed to store your result and send the email. Basic request information may be processed to operate and protect the service.

Control your data

Your private result link includes a removal link. Use it to remove your saved email, answers and recommendation activity. Keep the result link private; anyone with it can view your profile and request removal. If you lose it, contact us through the Better Mornings Facebook Page. Do not send payment details or additional health information. Result data is kept for this experiment and follow-up evaluation until you request removal; no unrelated marketing is authorized by this form.

Links marked affiliate may earn us a commission. The Derila link uses ClickBank and a random referral label to help attribute purchases; it contains no email or quiz answers. Other options currently link directly to sellers without an affiliate agreement. Sellers and affiliate providers apply their own privacy policies and may use cookies. They handle orders, payments, shipping and returns. Verify current prices, dimensions and conditions before buying.
